1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Automate Circle's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Services

Automate Circle provides customer journey, campaign, and operations systems services, including but not limited to:

  • Workflow automation design and implementation
  • AI chatbot and support agent development
  • Data analytics and reporting automation
  • Third-party tool integration services
  • Ongoing maintenance and support

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your business needs
  • Grant necessary access to systems and tools required for implementation
  • Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
  • Pay all fees as agreed upon in your service agreement
  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

4. Intellectual Property

Custom automations and integrations developed specifically for your business become your property upon full payment. However, Automate Circle retains ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or methodologies used in the development process. We may use non-confidential aspects of our work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes business processes, technical specifications, financial information, and any other data marked as confidential.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automate Circle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, you will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning your automations to your team or another provider.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Automate Circle is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
